Cookies!!

Ammon wears this helmet as often as possible. He is probably smarter then I realize and is trying to protect himself from his big brother.

Pockets came from Joshua's preschool to spend the night. I think Ammon was more excited then Josh to have Pockets for the day.

The Hulme's are officially Utahans now. They moved in two weeks ago!! :)

You just have to laugh, especially when they have no idea what is going on.

Cookies!!! This is about as good as it gets for a 3 year old boy.

Millions of Peaches

Okay, the real reason I haven't updated my blog for a bit is because I got sucked into that Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. I read the three books in a week so I did like them but have to admit that I felt like a High School girl again. Book 2 and 3 where better then the first in my opinion. Now we have to wait forever for book 4 and 5 and then the movies. My unborn daughters will be High School girls by then. Over all I would just give them a 7.5 out of 10. I didn't love how the end of the third wrapped up. I did manage to get a few other things done this week.

My favorite part of the week was Joshua's first day of Preschool. I was a little emotional and was so excited, i signed up to volunteer for almost everything. He loves it of course. He came home telling me that, "...you are not supposed to draw on your hands... and your not supposed to draw on your brothers face."

This is Josh at the Hill Air Force museum, very cool place, must go back soon. He is also adorning a new shirt from the gift shop after throwing up all over his other shirt I put on him that morning. We had picked up a friend from the airport and brining her up to Roy, so she got in on all the action too. Sorry about that again Valerie! The kids have had a stomach bug three times already in the past few weeks and it's not even winter yet.

Happy Birthday to Diana. So are you 20 yet Di? Diana is showing us some great gifts she got from some thoughtful nieces and nephews. On Labor Day afternoon we took the family on our first hike. We had been putting this off not knowing how well Josh would do and he did great! we didn't carry him until we were half way back down the mountain. I don't want to be deceiving with these pictures and how high we hiked. The road stopped pretty far up the mountain and we hiked from there. I don't know why I don't spend more time in the great outdoors I always love it when we are out there.

Yesterday my mom and sister Suzanne canned a gross amount of peaches. Okay, it was just a few jars short of a gross, about 140, but it's just cooler to say that. I had never canned before so i feel much relief for some reason now that I do. Lucky for me we did it in my kitchen and I'm still considering moping the floor for the third time. It was fun to be with my mom and sister all day, definitely worth the clean up.
Life is good!
